Design Chic Diva started in 2008, originally called Caroline Marie Design. Design Chic Diva is all about graphic art and lllustration that is geared toward empowering women. Some of it is also about spirituality and the rest is about everything in between.
I have worked with various companies on design projects, some of which included illustrated books and t-shirt designs. I worked with Secrets of Traders and my illustrations are featured in their "All the Freedom in the World" project. I also worked with 7 Wcked Vrtues on a line of t-shirts that are coming out soon. I launched a new apparel and product line called "Pinups with Voices." They are featured in the February 2010 issue of RustQueens magazine. I also write a column for them.
My Stonehenge and Buddah designs were featured for the cover designs of the September 2008 and May 2009issues of The Monthly Aspectarian. I also write for Examiner.com.
I designed the logo for IrBiz and Team IrBiz for the Children's Memorial Hospital's 5K Race/Walk held on June 19, 2010 in Chicago, IL and am a sponsor. Go to the site and join Team IrBiz to sponsor them.
I am also the graphic designer and work in the production department for Gay Chicago Magazine. Check it out at www.gaychicagomagazine.com.

Pinups with Voices
Pinups with Voices are a line of t-shirts that were featured in Rustqueens magazine. They're not your usual sweet and pretty pinup, but they still are sexy. They say a pretty girl can brighten up your day, my pinup girls will intoxicate your mind. Some of the pinups are about feminism and some have a kind of morbid side to them. I wanted to do something out there that a lot of people haven't seen before. Some people think its kind of dark, some people think its just bold. I like to make people interested, thats what Im looking for.
